Educated in the UK, he has worked extensively across China, Japan, and the United States, supporting cross-border production and sourcing for international clients.

At Alibaba, Tzuan served as a product leader for Alibaba.com, overseeing core platform and IT products and developing a strong understanding of large-scale manufacturing, sourcing, and digital operations. His work focused on improving sourcing transparency, supplier reliability, and execution efficiency.

He also held senior leadership roles at Rakuten and Amazon, leading large-scale initiatives across the U.S., China, and Japan. He supports B2B clients in manufacturer selection, production coordination, quality control, and cross-border delivery, with an emphasis on long-term supply relationships.

Jack Hsieh is a second-generation manufacturing leader at Shane Global Holdings, the parent company of the B2B brand Shayne. As the son of the group’s founder, Jack carries forward a legacy of manufacturing excellence with a modern, execution-driven approach.

After graduating from university in Taiwan, Jack joined the family business and took on full responsibility for factory operations, overseeing production, supply chain, quality control, and organizational management. His hands-on leadership built a deep, end-to-end understanding of manufacturing at scale.

With over 15 years of experience, Jack is now the primary decision-maker for the group. Under his leadership, Shayne has maintained its position as a leading manufacturer in the mid- to high-end furniture market across the United States and Europe, while also spearheading strategic expansion into Japan.
